“No Cancellations, No Returns, No Exchanges – Except in Case of Damage or Defect”
At Indian Artisans Studio, each piece is crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. As a policy, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, in the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange – Damaged or Defective Items Only
To be eligible for an exchange due to damage or defect, please ensure the following steps are followed:
Inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt or challan.
Report the issue to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
