• Check delivery availability for your pin code on our website.

• Review product dimensions (L x W x H) and assess access through entryways, staircases, and elevators at your location.

• Please note: We are unable to take responsibility for deliveries that cannot be completed due to access limitations at your premises.

Delivery Timelines

• Non-furniture items: Dispatched within 10–12 working days

• Furniture items: Dispatched within 20 working days

Please note: Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Preparing for Delivery

To avoid delays and ensure a smooth handover:

• Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.

• Share any special instructions with our Customer Care team in advance.

Delivery scope:

• Ground floor: Delivered at your doorstep.

• High-rise buildings: Delivered to the society gate or main entrance. Kindly arrange assistance for movement to upper floors.

• Orders may be canceled if:
